Characteristics of this course
Two-day onsite lecture
This is a course to obtain qualifications as an assistant in the Montessori elementary class (elementary school course). All lectures are conducted in English (with Japanese interpretation).
You will learn how to understand and assist as an assistant in the integrated development of children aged 6-12, a special period in their lives, in areas such as mental stability, intellectual curiosity, initiative, self-esteem, willpower, self-discipline, and social skills.
The course content follows the guidelines of AMI (Association Montessori Internationale).

When applying, you can choose either date A or B. You cannot apply for both dates A and B.

Qualification Award
Those who meet the prescribed conditions (submitting assignments, attendance rate of 90% or more, etc.) will be awarded the AMI-certified International Montessori Teacher Assistant Certificate for 6-12 year olds.
Eligible Participants
This course is open to anyone who wants to learn about Montessori education, including those learning about Montessori elementary school education for the first time, those who want to know the basics of Montessori education, those involved in childcare (childcare workers, kindergarten teachers, childcare assistants, school managers, etc.), and parents.

Our center promotes diversity in our learning environment and includes people of different backgrounds, ages, genders and international backgrounds. If you can understand Japanese to some extent, you can enter the school. Face-to-face classes and practical training will be held at the Morino Training Center.
Qualification Award
A certificate of completion of the AMI-certified International Montessori Teacher Orientation Course (6-12 years old level) will be awarded. Only those who meet the requirements for completion and attendance of all courses will be awarded .
